Pendlton Whisky 1Liter Bottle Upcycled Container Candle Each container is sold as an empty base container. After the transaction is complete, and you reach us via email, your candle will be custom made from our list of scents and base colors. These candles make a great gift for any beer nerd, beer advocate, beer drinker, WHISKY DRINKER or candle burner. Or really, anyone who enjoys the quality things in life. Our candles have an average burning time of about 30 hours for a 16oz candle. Most of our candles weigh in at one pound (of wax) or slightly under. Even after the candle has been enjoyed, this container can be easily cleaned out and repurposed again and again! After PAYPAL transaction is made and order set up, candles take 72 hours to make (48 hours to set, and 24 to finish.) So please be aware of the time it takes for production when ordering. (NOTE: Due to being an upcycled product, there may be some minor imperfections in the bottle artwork. We do our best to use the cleanest bottles possible.) ABOUT US: Here at Hangover Candle Co. I always thought that it would be sweet if beer and sprits could be enjoyed more than once. As a bartender, I really started feeling guilty just "tossing" beautiful empty bottles into the bin every night. Bottles nice enough to be shown as artwork. Bottles people put a lot of work into. I figured there had to be a way to repurpose these bottles. So about a year ago I started saving these bottles from their demise. Now after a bottle has been enjoyed it serves a higher purpose. It gets upcycled into a Hangover Candle! First, each bottle is hand cut, and sanded down by a very fine grain sand to assure a safe container with no sharp edges. The wax I use is 100% Soy wax. Why Soy? Soy wax is a MUCH cleaner burning wax, and the burn time much higher for the candle of the same size. Soy wax also has an excellent "Scent Throw." And lastly, what's wrong with Supporting American Agriculture? All of our candles are hand poured and left to set-up for 48 hours to ensure a stable wax base. In most of our candles we are able to use a natural wooden wick, which adds loads of ambiance to any burning session. However, the size of this container makes it not able to properly and efficiently use a wooden wick. Because of this minor "speed bump" HCC is now able to pour our candles in loads of different sized containers, big to small, skinny to tall. So never fear! This candle will be poured using a ECO wick, they are core-less cotton wicks, braided with paper filaments. Also ALL-NATURAL and burn GREAT with 100% soy wax. All in all, we feel that our candles can be just as fun and beautiful as the fluid that once flowed within them in a past life.

Fine Oak Lovely sweet notes (creamy vanilla, light toffee, marshmallow, shortbread, and a kiss of honey) are accompanied by bright fruit (multi-layered citrus) and potpourri of dried spices, along with a hint of nut and wisp of smoke.
